The challenge

The procurement department handled hundreds of requests, with information scattered across emails, spreadsheets and the ERP. Nobody knew for certain what stage each request was at or what was needed to close it.

What we did

We designed and built an agentic platform that covers all seven phases of the process:

  1. Need request
  2. Qualification with procurement
  3. Supplier search
  4. RFQ generation
  5. Supplier outreach
  6. Negotiation
  7. Award

Each phase has specialised agents that prepare the information and propose the next step; the decision remains with the procurement team.

Outcome

Full traceability: who owns each request, what stage it is at and what is needed to close it. The team spends its time negotiating and deciding, not chasing information.
